A choral tale of women’s stories from different times and places.

Interweaving choreographic and social research, the project explores what it means and what it implies to recognise oneself as a woman today.

The live music performance was developped during a residency with the dancers at Corte Ospitale in Rubiera, Italy November 2024. Three weeks full of explorations, encounters, dancing, listening, trying, falling, creating and discovering.

the performance involves the broadcasting of pre-composed sound fragments, as well as the use of a metalophone, electro-magnetic sensors, a hydrophone and the resonance of the body through the presence of micro-contacts on the dancers’ bodies.
